My team is the engine behind 40 Foot. We’re responsible for scouring the globe for IT talent who want to work for innovative Kiwi companies. 

We work across a broad spectrum of IT recruitment, ensuring we are continuously learning and keeping ahead of new technology trends. Our talent team offer a range of creative recruiting techniques and a wealth of experience in relationship management.

Personally I’ve been in the recruitment industry since 2012 and have helped people find jobs across various industries, both here in New Zealand and overseas.

I’ve been working specifically in IT recruitment for over 5 years now and I love that the broad range of positions available in the industry allows me to showcase my talents and recruitment style. I completely understand that one size does not fit all, and it’s important to take the time to find the right person for the job, one that meets both candidate and client expectations.

I thrive on the variety and ever-changing nature of the IT sector especially working across emerging tech roles. My motivation comes from matching excellent talent to the perfect role; I feel incredibly fulfilled when I can be a part of someone’s career journey.

When I’m not recruitment matchmaking, I’m passionate about property renovation and thrive on finding real estate gems to restore. You might well find me on the beach with a good biography, travelling, playing with my pets or at the occasional concert letting my hair down
