Our client is a leader in integration consulting and development in NZ who are seeking a Portfolio Co-Ordinator to join their team on an 8 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

The position:

This role provides support to the company overall, improving the internal work flow, assisting with development of sales proposals and participating in pre-sales activities to ensure that everything is ready. The person would be responsible for ensuring these areas are running efficiently and effectively to support sustainable business growth and to ensure that everything is running smoothly internally.

To be successful you will have:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in working across multiple projects internally within a business
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to think outside the box
  • Sales support experience
